Consulting is my passion because I know and understand the demands on principals and I want to help them achieve their personal, school goals. With 34 years in Education and Leadership and 20 years as a highly effective Principal, Assistant Principal and Department Chair, I have had the responsibility of school improvement plans and know how to set goals, create action steps and create systems for sustainability. It is important to maintain a positive mindset, create a vision that will make a significant, positive change, and always strive for lasting outcomes.
